Aviation Business News is pleased to announce two significant internal promotions within its Aviation Division, marking an important milestone in the company\u2019s continued growth and commitment to operational excellence.<\/p>\n

Appointment of Lee Hayhurst as RRM\u2019s Chief Operating Officer \u2013 Aviation Division<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lee Hayhurst has been promoted to the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). This appointment recognises Lee\u2019s outstanding contribution since joining RRM as Publishing Director in 2023 where he has spearheaded the redevelopment of the Aviation Division\u2019s output, both online and in physical media.<\/p>\n

As COO, Lee will oversee operational functions across the business, ensure alignment of teams and processes, and play a pivotal role in driving strategic development and organisational efficiency. This will include the development of live events such as the Predictive Aircraft Maintenance conference, the expansion of Division\u2019s new VideoCast series of airline executive interviews, and the continued development of RRM\u2019s aviation business media.<\/p>\n

Commenting on his new role, Lee Hayhurst said: \u201cOver the last two years, Aviation Business News has seen considerable growth in both our print and digital channels, and our fast-growing events portfolio. That\u2019s testament to the commitment and hard work of everyone on the team and we\u2019re confident that the foundations are in place to accelerate growth in 2026\u2033.<\/p>\n

Appointment of Toby Walton as RRM\u2019s Publisher \u2013 Aviation Division<\/strong><\/p>\n

Toby has been promoted to Publisher, taking on broader responsibility for commercial performance, strategic partnerships, and the overall development of RRM\u2019s publishing portfolio within the Aviation Division.<\/p>\n

Previously non-exec Commercial Director, Toby has said that he has been looking forward to taking a more \u2018hands on\u2019 role within the company. Toby\u2019s role will be ensuring that the Division\u2019s products continue to reach the right audiences.<\/p>\n

Toby Walton said, \u201cI am delighted to be part of the continued success and growth of Real Response Media. I look forward to driving the Aviation Division forward by taking on extra responsibilities in our print, digital and events portfolios as Publisher.\u201d<\/p>\n
