China Airlines has increased its holding of China Pacific Catering Services, according to regulatory filings.<\/p>\n
The Taiwan-registered airline has increased its 51% share of the food supplier by a further 22% by acquiring shares from two separate share holders for approximately $98.2m<\/p>\n
This transaction was approved by shareholders on January 19.<\/p>\n
China Airlines has been working to improve it\u2019s menu choices in recent months. Last December, the carrier announced a deal with Taiwanese Michelin Star-holding restaurant\u00a0 T+T to develop a menu.<\/p>\n
