{"id":1616,"date":"2026-02-06T12:57:40","date_gmt":"2026-02-06T12:57:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/zephyrsys.us\/index.php\/2026\/02\/06\/singapore-airshow-boeing-and-ana-expand-predictive-aircraft-maintenance-partnership\/"},"modified":"2026-02-06T12:57:40","modified_gmt":"2026-02-06T12:57:40","slug":"singapore-airshow-boeing-and-ana-expand-predictive-aircraft-maintenance-partnership","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/zephyrsys.us\/index.php\/2026\/02\/06\/singapore-airshow-boeing-and-ana-expand-predictive-aircraft-maintenance-partnership\/","title":{"rendered":"Singapore Airshow: Boeing and ANA expand predictive aircraft maintenance partnership"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"66\" data-end=\"374\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Boeing<\/span><\/span> and <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">All Nippon Airways<\/span><\/span> (ANA) have renewed their long-standing collaboration on aircraft health monitoring, signing a new agreement for Boeing\u2019s Airplane Health Management (AHM) and setting out plans to deepen cooperation around predictive maintenance.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"376\" data-end=\"732\">Under the renewed contract, ANA will continue to use AHM across its entire 787 Dreamliner fleet, while expanding coverage to include its 777 and 737 aircraft.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"376\" data-end=\"732\">The airline has deployed AHM and associated tools on the 787 since 2011, using real-time aircraft data to proactively manage maintenance activity and support day-to-day operational decision-making.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"734\" data-end=\"985\">In parallel, the two companies said they will broaden their strategic collaboration on predictive maintenance, with a focus on further improving fleet performance, reliability and operational efficiency across ANA\u2019s widebody and narrowbody operations.<\/p>\n<p>Tatsuhiro Shioda, vice president and general manager of aircraft operations, engineering and maintenance of ANA, said: \u201cWe are pleased to extend and expand our partnership with Boeing to further strengthen our predictive maintenance capabilities. By combining ANA\u2019s operational experience with Boeing\u2019s digital and analytics expertise, we will better anticipate maintenance requirements and deliver greater reliability to our customers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Lindsey Douglas, vice president of cabin, modifications, maintenance and digital services at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.boeing.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Boeing<\/a> Global Services, said: \u201cANA has long been a valued collaborator and key development partner and helped shape the predictive maintenance capabilities we offer today.
