IST, when Navitaire\u2019s booking, reservation, and departure\u2011control systems went offline simultaneously across multiple airports. The initial disruption, which was attributed to a problem following planned maintenance, lasted until 07:28.<\/p>\n<p><strong>READ:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aviationbusinessnews.com\/industry-news\/indigo-announces-agreement-with-amadeus-for-revenue-management-system-upgrade\/\">IndiGo announces agreement with Amadeus for Revenue Management System upgrade<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Airlines dependent on the platform, including IndiGo, Akasa Air, Air India Express, and SpiceJet, lost access to automated check\u2011in, boarding, and reservation tools.<\/p>\n<p>The outage was felt most acutely at Delhi\u2019s Indira Gandhi International Airport where the complications were amplified by the ongoing AI Summit 2026, which had a number of VIP movements and security restrictions at the time.<\/p>\n<p>A statement from Amedeus-owned <span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">Navitaire said: <\/span>\u201cOn February 19th, a planned maintenance change unexpectedly led to network instability for Navitaire hosted airlines. Technical teams took immediate action, and the issue was fully resolved after 50 minutes. We apologise for any inconvenience caused to our customers.
