Independent UK MRO, Caerdav, has appointed Alan Steer as its new base maintenance manager, tasked with driving improved efficiency across the company\u2019s four lines of maintenance.<\/p>\n
Steer brings more than 40 years\u2019 experience in the aviation industry to the business, including 20 years at Thomas Cook Aircraft Engineering.<\/p>\n
Most recently, Steer held a similar base management post at BCT Aviation Maintenance, based out of East Midlands Airport.<\/p>\n
Steer said: \u201cAs soon as I walked through the door I was instantly impressed with the vision of the company \u2013 everyone in the business has the right attitude, the right mentality, and they are all heading in the right direction.
