Asset management and fleet support services provider, Airhub Aviation, has signed a maintenance agreement with aviation lessor, AerCap, to provide base maintenance and aircraft redelivery services at its Siauliai International Airport (SQQ) facility in Lithuania.<\/p>\n
Airhub Aviation said the agreement positions it as strategic MRO partner for AerCap, supporting narrowbody aircraft transitions, deliveries, and re-deliveries across Europe and Middle East.<\/p>\n
Oleg Novak, managing director of Airhub Aviation, said:\u00a0\u201cOur Siauliai facility is purpose-built for fast-turnaround base maintenance, aircraft modifications, engine swaps, as well as long-term storage \u2013 critical services for lessors managing fleet transitions.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019re proud to support one of the largest lessors in the industry and look forward to building further our relationship with AerCap not only on asset leasing and trading but in MRO segment.\u201d<\/p>\n
Airhub Aviation said it will provide a range of base maintenance, EASA modifications implementation, including avionic modifications, cabin reconfigurations (LOPA mods), engine swaps, landing gear replacements, and implementation of required maintenance for AerCap customers.<\/p>\n
A dedicated ad-hoc bay will also facilitate rapid aircraft inductions, ensuring minimal downtime for lessors and operators.<\/p>\n
Airhub Aviation said the Siauliai facility offers extensive long-term parking capacity, accommodating up to 25 narrowbody aircraft simultaneously \u2013 one of the largest capacities in the region.<\/p>\n
