Aircraft leasing and asset management company Aergo Capital has completed the acquisition of two Airbus A320-200 aircraft from leasing company Aircastle.<\/p>\n
The aircraft, with manufacturer serial numbers 3667 and 5510, are on lease to Avianca Airlines, the flag carrier of Colombia, and Mexican low-cost carrier, Volaris.<\/p>\n
To complete the acquisition, Smith Gambrell Russell LLP acted as lead counsel to Aergo Capital, and PK AirFinance acted as the debt arranger on the transaction.<\/p>\n
