JetBlue is to introduce new menus across it\u2019s \u2018Mint\u2019 business class due to striking a deal with caterers,\u00a0 Kent Hospitality Group and its strategic partner, Four Clovers Hospitality Group.<\/p>\n
Beginning July 31, the airline will start introducing new menus across its domestic and transatlantic services, featuring dishes inspired by Kent Hospitality Group\u2019s New York restaurants, Birdee and Crown Shy. Offerings from Four Clovers Hospitality Group\u2019s iconic Red Hook Tavern and Hometown Bar-B-Que are to follow in early 2027.<\/p>\n
