MRO provider Bird Aviation is moving forward with its next phase of expansion at Larnaca Airport in Cyprus with the construction of a third hangar.<\/p>\n
The project will introduce a fourth bay dedicated to narrow-body aircraft and will be located next to the company\u2019s existing premises.<\/p>\n
Scheduled for completion by November 2025, the new facility will build on the company\u2019s ongoing growth strategy and rising demand from long-standing and new airline partners.<\/p>\n
Once completed, Bird Aviation says the additional bay will further strengthen its operational capacity and flexibility, allowing it to accommodate more aircraft simultaneously.<\/p>\n
Frederic Pralus, chief executive of Bird Aviation, said: \u201cThis project reflects both the confidence of our clients and the momentum we have built as a team. Adding a fourth bay will allow us to continue delivering timely, high-quality service while also planning ahead for the next stages of our development.\u201d<\/p>\n
The new hangar follows the recent completion of the company\u2019s second facility, underlining Bird Aviation\u2019s steady growth as a provider of MRO services in the EMEA region.<\/p>\n
